Free cancellation or modification up to 4 days (96 hours) prior to the booked travel date during New Zealand business hours. Cancellations requested within 4 days (96 hours) are 100% non-refundable.

Jewelry Warning: Geothermal mineral water contains active sulfur and minerals that may tarnish gold and silver jewelry. Please remove all precious jewelry before bathing. Pregnancy & Health Conditions: Pregnant women should consult their doctor and are advised to soak only in lower-temperature alkaline pools (33°C–38°C) with plenty of hydration. Guests allergic to sulfur or suffering from flu/colds should not bathe. Swimwear Policy: Proper swimwear is mandatory in all public pools (no cotton shirts, shorts, or undergarments). Infants MUST wear swimming diapers. Cancellation Policy: Strict 4-day (96-hour) free cancellation policy applies.

A: Mineral pool temperatures range from 36°C to 41°C. Water is strictly refreshed every 3 to 4 hours with fresh geothermal mineral water continuously flowing in during the day, and all pools are completely drained and cleaned nightly. A: Deluxe Lake Spa: Infants aged 0–2 enter free; children aged 3–14 require child tickets (must be accompanied by adults). Pavilion Adult Pools: Strictly for adults and youths aged 12 and above. Family Pool: Children aged 0–4 enter free (Infant ticket required); children aged 5–14 require child tickets. All children under 8 must be actively supervised by a responsible adult aged 16+. A: Yes!
