Please arrive at the Hydro Attack kiosk on Lapsley Butson Wharf (along the central Queenstown lakefront) 15 minutes before your booked time. Present your electronic confirmation voucher at check-in. Late arrivals will be treated as a No-Show and are non-refundable.
