Please arrive at Aoraki Mount Cook Airport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to check in at your designated operator counter (Mt Cook Glacier Guiding or The Helicopter Line). If you select The Helicopter Line and require complimentary hotel transfers, please request at least 48 hours in advance. (Note: Mt Cook Glacier Guiding does not offer hotel transfers).

FIT (Individual Bookings): Free cancellation up to 4 days prior to scheduled departure. Cancellations within 4 days or No-Show will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Weather Cancellations: If the activity is canceled by the operator due to unfavorable weather or safety reasons, a full refund or free date change will be provided.

Dress Code: Wear 3-4 warm layers and sturdy pants. Denim jeans are strictly prohibited. Personal Items: Bring a warm hat, gloves, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Flight Restrictions: Drones, power banks, and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited on helicopters and the glacier. Weather Dependent: Activities rely heavily on weather conditions. Please call the operator 24 hours prior to reconfirm flight status. Full refund or rebooking is offered for weather cancellations. Safety: Glacier terrain carries natural risks.
